Due to the COVID-19 Lioree.com currently don't accept any exchange and returns.
- You may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs, plus 15% restocking fee.
- Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
- If a product arrives at your shipping location damaged, or we made an error that cannot be remedied with replacement Items we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. Just contact us within: 3 days of delivery.
- If you decide you do not want a replacement, than be aware that the applicable fees will be assessed, including return fee, our actual shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
- Conditions of Returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
